About the Pub
This Grade II Listed pub was taken into private ownership from Admiral Taverns in July 2013, and is now under a new tenancy of a local family (December 2013).
Currently, an outstanding Appeal for a single dwelling to the west side of the Pub is awaiting a desion to be made by the Planning Inspectorate.
A further Planning Application is also currently standing with the local Authroity for the conversion of the Pub into three dwellings, allong with a further dwelling to be erected on the car park to the east side of the site.
