Swindon Village and civil parish is located in the heart of the Staffordshire open countryside, and on the outskirts of the West Midlands conurbation, but close enough to the Village of Wombourne, and 5 miles from Wolverhampton City Centre to take full advantage of all of their local amenities.  

Swindon was formerly part of the parish of Wombourne, but was administratively distinct. A manor belonged to Englefield family, the lords of Englefield, Berkshire, as part of the manor of Himley. This manor was demised to John de Somery, Baron Somery the tenant in chief ub c.1316 and by 1346 passed to his nephew John de Sutton II, who had succeeded to the barony of Dudley. The manor then descended as part of the family estates in the area at least until William Humble Eric Ward, 3rd Earl of Dudley sold his local estates in 1947.

Standard size patio provided  linking path access leading to a paved patio area will be provided in the rear garden.

Internal walls will be finished in magnolia emulsion paint and ceilings will be finished in white. Internal doors to be white panelled, with contemporary lever style handles. Skirtings and facings will be finished in paint, with pre-finished crafted hardwood timber stair balustrades and handrail.
